Can I use the tools for customers I already have?
Yes. Every plan includes private customers and jobs, itemized estimates, customer approval links, scheduling, invoices, and records of payments you receive directly. Your existing customers do not need to find you through the marketplace.
Does a subscription include online payment processing?
Invoices currently track payments you receive outside Find & Finish. Online card collection is not available yet. Any future processing charges will be shown separately before payment services are activated.
How does priority early access work?
Customers can share immediately or choose a four-hour staged release. Business gains access four hours before release and Pro one hour before. Starter gains access when the project enters the shared feed. Higher tiers retain access as other tiers join. Access is limited to matching services, property types, and service areas.
Several eligible contractors may see a project. This is early access, not a promise of exclusivity or a guaranteed job. Urgent projects are shared immediately. Customers can release a staged project sooner, and hiring or cancellation closes it.
What stays available after my membership ends?
Your existing jobs, conversations, saved records, and customer reviews remain accessible. New quotes and new contractor-initiated conversations require an active subscription or invitation. Team seats and advanced tools follow the active tier.
How do job alerts and reminders arrive?
They appear in the app while you are signed in. Email, SMS, and push alerts are not included in this release. Priority support places Business requests ahead of standard requests; no fixed response time is promised.
Can I hire without a subscription?
Yes. Homeowners and business owners can post projects, compare quotes, message contractors, and hire for free.
What counts toward team and location limits?
Team seats include the business owner. Location limits include the primary location on your contractor profile. Invited team members share the business inbox; assigned members can update their jobs. The owner controls invitations and billing.
